At Anjuny, we ship from our factory in Guangzhou, China to customers in 150+ countries worldwide. This policy explains our shipping methods, timelines, costs, and what to expect throughout the process.


1. Shipping Methods

We offer flexible shipping solutions tailored to your order size and urgency:

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions (volumetric weight may apply for air shipments)
  • Destination country and postal code
  • Selected shipping method
  • Any special handling requirements

  • We provide a shipping estimate alongside every quotation
  • For bulk sea freight orders, we can ship on FOB, CIF, or DDP terms per your preference

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will:

  1. Provide the tracking number and carrier details via email
  2. For air express: tracking is available within 24 hours of dispatch
  3. For sea freight: we provide the Bill of Lading (B/L) number and container details

5. Packaging

All products are professionally packed for international transit:

  • Individual items: PE bag / inner box with product label
  • Master carton: Export-grade corrugated carton (5-layer)
  • Palletization: Available for large orders upon request
  • Custom packaging: Available for OEM/ODM orders — branded boxes, custom inserts, retail-ready packaging

If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please:

  1. Photograph the damaged packaging before opening
  2. Note the damage on the delivery receipt
  3. Contact us immediately with the photos

6. Customs & Import Duties

Important Notice

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in our product or shipping prices (unless DDP terms are agreed)
  • These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated duties before placing an order

Documentation We Provide

For every shipment, we provide:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (sea) or Air Waybill (air)
  • Certificate of Origin (upon request)
  • Any other documentation required by your country's customs

EU Customers

For EU-bound shipments, we comply with IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) requirements where applicable. Our CE, RoHS, and REACH certifications accompany all relevant products.


7. Shipping Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value orders:

Comprehensive Covers loss, damage, and partial loss ~2-3% of declared value

Please let us know if you'd like insurance added to your shipment when confirming your order.


8. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to individuals in the following countries due to logistics or sanctions restrictions:

  • Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine
  • Other destinations may be restricted depending on carrier availability

9. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Customs inspection delays
  • Port congestion or carrier operational issues
  • Public holidays in origin or destination countries
  • Pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


10. Multiple Shipments

For large orders, we may ship in multiple batches based on production completion and container availability. We will inform you in advance if your order will be split into multiple shipments.


11. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

  • Company name and contact person
  • Full street address (including building, floor, suite)
  • City, state/province, and postal code
  • Country
  • Phone number (required by most carriers)

Anjuny is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
