Anjuny - B2B Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to Anjuny (anjuny.com). As a professional manufacturer and B2B supplier, we specialize in bulk orders, OEM/ODM customization, and international freight. Since we do not operate as a B2C retail store, our shipping policies are tailored to commercial cargo standards and wholesale distribution.
1. Order Lead Time & Production Schedule
* In-Stock Wholesale Items: Orders for standard inventory items are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 5-7 business days after verification of the initial payment.
* Custom & OEM/ODM Orders: For customized infant travel gear and car accessories (including our specialized stroller pads and cooling liners), production lead times generally range from 20 to 45 days, depending on order volume and specifications. Exact schedules will be finalized in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
2. Shipping Methods & Commercial Terms (Incoterms)
We primarily operate under international commercial standards. Our default shipping terms include:
* FOB (Free On Board): We handle delivery to the designated Chinese port (e.g., Ningbo/Shanghai/Shenzhen), and the buyer assumes responsibility from that point.
* EXW (Ex Works): The buyer arranges collection directly from our factory warehouse facility.
* CIF / CFR: Upon request, we can arrange ocean or air freight via our partner carriers to your designated destination port, with costs calculated based on cargo volume and weight.
3. Bulk Cargo Delivery & Container Loading
* FCL (Full Container Load) & LCL (Less than Container Load): We provide professional palletization, rigorous packaging, and optimized container loading to ensure your products survive long-distance transit.
* Sample Shipments: Prototype samples or small trial orders requested via our inquiry system will be dispatched via international express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT) with shipping fees borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
4. Customs Clearance, Duties, and Import Taxes
For all B2B bulk shipments, the buyer (importer of record) is strictly responsible for handling import customs clearance, providing necessary corporate licenses, and paying all applicable import duties, tariffs, and local taxes in the destination country.
5. Port Delay & Force Majeure
Anjuny is not liable for logistics delays caused by destination customs inspections, port congestion, labor strikes, or unexpected maritime circumstances. We will provide all essential export documentation (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List) promptly to assist smooth transit.
