This website (anjuny.com) is operated by Anjuny. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Anjuny. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the commercial buyer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

1. Commercial and B2B Application Only
By accessing our site or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge and agree that you are acting as a corporate entity, professional buyer, distributor, or registered business. Our website, catalog, and services are strictly designed for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. We do not sell directly to individual retail consumers, and no direct online checkout option is provided.

2. Inquiry-Based Quoting and Contract Formation
All product listings, specifications, and descriptions on anjuny.com constitute an invitation to treat and are not binding commercial offers. The transaction process operates as follows:
* The buyer submits a formal Product Inquiry through our online forms or direct corporate communication channels.
* Our sales team evaluates the inquiry, verifies business credentials, and issues a formal, customized Quotation or Proforma Invoice (PI).
* A legally binding commercial contract is only established once the Proforma Invoice is signed by both parties and the agreed advance deposit is cleared in our bank account.

3. Modifications to Product Specs and Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing, raw material availability, and manufacturing capacities are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify product designs, technical specifications (including air outlet configurations or heating/cooling mechanism components), or discontinue items at our discretion to align with industrial advancements.

4. B2B Commercial Warranty & Return Restrictions
As a commercial manufacturer operating bulk production runs, standard consumer-grade consumer protection laws regarding "30-day unconditional returns" do not apply to transactions with Anjuny:
* No Unconditional Returns: We do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-manufactured, OEM/ODM, or bulk-dispatched wholesale shipments unless verifiable functional manufacturing defects are proven.
* Defect Claims: The buyer must inspect the cargo within 7 business days of delivery at the destination port. Any claims regarding manufacturing faults must be submitted in writing along with high-resolution photographic or video evidence. Verified defective items will be resolved via parts replacement, credit allocation, or deduction on subsequent wholesale orders.

5. Limitation of Commercial Liability
In no event shall Anjuny, our executives, or factory affiliates be held liable for any lost commercial profits, secondary business interruptions, supply chain delays, or consequential commercial damages arising from the utilization or delay of our products.
