Anjuny is a professional manufacturer of cooling and heating products, including gel seat cushions, car cooling pads, baby stroller liners, pet cooling/heating pads, and related accessories. We offer OEM/ODM services to wholesalers, brands, retailers, and e-commerce sellers worldwide.

Pricing

• Prices are provided via quotation and are valid for the period specified in the quotation (typically 7-15 days)
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice

5. Orders & Payment

Inquiry & Quotation Process

1. You submit an inquiry via the Site, email, or WhatsApp
2. We provide a quotation based on your requirements
3. Upon agreement, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI)
4. You confirm the PI and make payment

Payment Terms

• Sample orders: 100% payment in advance via T/T, PayPal, or other agreed methods
• Bulk orders: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (or other terms agreed in the PI)
• Payment method: T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, or other mutually agreed methods

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins
• Once production has started, cancellation is subject to charges covering materials and labor costs incurred

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options:

• Air Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT): Fast delivery, suitable for samples and small orders
• Air Freight: For medium-volume orders
• Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Cost-effective for bulk orders
• Rail Freight: Available for certain destinations (e.g., Europe via China-Europe Railway)

Delivery Timeline

• Samples: 3-7 business days after payment confirmation
• Bulk orders: As specified in the PI (typically 15-30 business days, depending on quantity and customization)

Shipping Risks

• We ensure proper packaging before dispatch
• Once goods are handed to the carrier, risk transfers to the buyer unless CIF/DDP terms are agreed
• We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable shipments

7. Returns & Refunds

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our manufacturing quality. All products undergo quality inspection before shipment.

Defective Products

• If products are defective upon receipt, notify us within 7 business days with photographic evidence
• We will assess the issue and offer replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion
• We may request return of defective samples for analysis

Non-Defective Returns

• Returns for reasons other than defects (e.g., order error by buyer) are subject to a restocking fee
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer

Samples

• Sample fees are generally non-refundable but may be deducted from future bulk order value (subject to agreement)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anjuny shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
• Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemic, customs delays, etc.)
• Damages resulting from improper use or modification of our products

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anjuny and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Confidentiality

Any business information, specifications, designs, or pricing shared during our collaboration is considered confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose such information to third parties without mutual consent.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

• Preferred Resolution: Negotiation in good faith
• If Negotiation Fails: Mediation through the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) or other mutually agreed arbitration body
• Arbitration Venue: Guangzhou, China
• Language of Arbitration: English

For EU customers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
